Beautiful salon, friendly staff, and excellent personalized service. Very enjoyable experience and I'm looking forward to my next appointment. I would highly recommend this salon.

When I entered the spa, I felt an environment of calmness from the hustle and bustle of the outside world; I got a nice hot cup of complimentary tea from Nancy. the nail technician, and my experience began. The manicure and pedicure were done with expert care and I was very pleased with the results.

Thank you Maisie Dunbar for the wonderful spa pedicure and make-up consultation experience at your establishment. I am now a BluffaJo! :-)

I walked in to take a look at the Afropolitan inventory being showcased and thought I would get a pedicure since I was there. I had never been there before and had no idea what to expect. I was pleasantly surprise and appreciative of the pampering my feet received. 6 days later, they still feel incredibly soft and smooth. What makes me love this place even more is that I wanted a make-up consultation when they were closing and Maisie took her time with me trying different products from her BluffaJo make-up line as if we had all the time in the world. For me, exceptional customer service was exemplified during my entire. I am definitely going back and telling my friend as and family about this place.

Excellent service

I found the service to be above average as nail artists used products that appeared to be authentic, not the shady stuff I get from a classic mani pedi salon. The paraffin treatment was unexpected but welcomed nevertheless.

I appreciated the hospitality (glass of water and pastry).

However, I think your services are grossly overpriced. $94 for a basic Mani Pedi w/ paraffin treatment? I don't think my friend would be coming to your salon after what I told her. The $5 coupon won't help much.

$70 which would be twice as much as any regular salon would have been the max I expected because of the environment or the nature of the products.

BTW, I live in Boston (read expensive) and the most I have paid is $45 for a Mani Pedi, that's in the heart of the city.

Reconsider your prices and maybe my friend will come by and bring along her sisters.

Good luck with everything.
