The Doctors and Staff are very nice and caring towards the patients' and their owners, (we can be a little stressed when our pets are sick.) The cost's for care are reasonable, and they let you know up front, what services are recomended .
Bottom line...your pet is sick and there is never a good time for that...they are there to HELP YOU....and these guys and gals do!

The vet took time with us, explaining and answering all our questions and concerns.
The lack of this was why I left our last vet.
Wish the prices were a bit lower. I would get more services done that way.

I've been seeing Dr. Kay for almost 17 years. Not only is he knowledgeable and professional but truly empathetic and caring. All the front office people and all the techs are also wonderful. I drive up from Long Beach specifically because I love my dog and this is the greatest place for him to get his care.

I always wish I could get in and out quicker. But other then that, I have been brining my pets here for years. Great staff, great drs.

This was the first time I requested a call back from a doctor regarding my dog's symptoms after receiving two injections. When asked If there would be any sides effects after injections, I was told no. That was not true!
