It would be good for there to be more education on caring for one's teeth. Instead there were sort of ominous threats of "having to come back every three to four months." Yes, but how does one avoid that? I had to probe, I think the dental assistant or hygienist assumed I knew what she was talking about. But really I didn't. Also, that cold water on my sensitive teeth. Please no. Why can't it be room temperature?

The customer service with receptionist was great. She was able to get me in and out even with the wait room being very full and low dental staff. My dental work was looked and felt great afterwards. Thx to Meyerland Lovett Dental for your work.

I had to wait an hour for my appointment. The office used to provide carmex and moisture for dry lips during the procedure. The didn't have any supplies for the bags that are usually sent home which include a toothbrush and dental floss.

Not happy with the work they say I needed. Been in pain for 6 weeks from a root canal and still in pain today. Went for a cleaning and a partial. Had a cleaning, a crown a root canal and a high dental bill and still no partial , still in pain, still not happy. I m just really over this and ready for this pain to go away so I can go away from that dentist office.

Once I went to the back office for service, everyone was awesome and the experience was very good. The disappointment was with the wait time in the waiting area. I had an 11:45 appointment and was waiting nearly an hour before I was seen.

Just an exam, x ray, and cleaning- took over an hour. At one point I had to sit and wait for about 20 mins in the chair for someone to come over. Slowest Lovett ever.

I have been coming to Lovett Dental for many years. There is a new dentist now and I can say I am well pleased with Dr. Flippin. He and the staff made me feel welcome and that I could be confident in the procedure I was having a root canal. Everything went so well and can you believe I can't wait until my next visit.
