I have been going to Lovett Dental for the past year and a half. The first two visits were very satisfactory. However, during this last 6 month cleaning visit, the hygienist did not floss my four back teeth. Also, I have a permanent retainer in, and she did not floss another 8 teeth because she did not feel like getting the flossing thread to floss in between my retainer. She brushed my teeth very quickly, and she did not scrape any plaque off my teeth. I left feeling like my teeth were not very clean when I left, and I was just disappointed.
