My appointment was at 11:15 and I was finally taken back at 12:00. The hygienist told me they were short handed because one of the hygienists had taken time off for the long weekend. The dentist then came in and told me my gums were receding because of the partial THEY made for me but offered no solution to fix it. They then charged me $134 for a cleaning because I supposedly needed a mid-level cleaning that was not covered by insurance. I have NEVER paid for a cleaning before and never will again!

I will never go back. Hygienist wanted me to do a $600 deep clean and refused to do a normal cleaning my insurance covered. Treated me disrespectful, my wife and I will never be back.
Lost two patients due to this.

Medical staff were prompt and efficient for my toddler's first dentist appointment. I do wish they would have told me that they would be applying fluoride to his teeth and that he couldn't eat or drink for 30 minutes because he was over due to eat when we arrived. Waiting to eat for another 30 minutes made the drive home a little nerve wrecking.

Wasn't a fan of my first experience with my newborn's first dental appointment at! We were not greeted once we walked in it was not a friendly vibe. The receptionist seems to had an attitude when they ask me for my insurance card as well as when they gave me paperwork to be filled out. When it was time for myself and my child to go back the office was messy. personal items were everywhere it was not clean or well-kept. when the dental assistant came in he didn't introduce himself and he seems have thrown items around with an attitude like he didn't want to be there. When the doctor came in she was nicer than everybody there but she didn't introduce herself and we didn't know that she was the doctor. all in all my personal experience just wasn't the best so I won't be taking my children there again. I understand that we all have things going on in their personal life but if you're going to be working in an establishment that caters to children you need to have a little bit better of an attitude!

The staff on the last visit was very nice and knowledgeable. They explained what was going on and showed how to continue care at home. The only thing I do not like is that they are only there like every two weeks or once a month. This is not convenient and for that reason I will not refer people.
