I have not been to the dentist in over 10 years, so I knew I probably had some issues with my dental health. I avoided going because when I would try to go for an annual cleaning they would refuse and not explain the severity of not getting a deep cleaning. They would only quote me an expensive price, so I kept putting it off. I started having gum inflammation issues and saw that this was the closest dental office that my insurance would accept and I am glad I chose it. Fist off, the staff was super friendly. They make it a comfortable environment and check in was easy. Although there was an issue with my insurance, they accommodated and were able to rectify the situation quickly. When I received my diagnosis, both the dental assistants and the dentist, Dr. Hathaway, were very optimistic and supportive. They did not make me feel bad about the neglect for over ten years and explained the ramifications if I kept putting it off. I was in need of a deep cleaning and because it was my first time they stated that I would have to schedule for a full X-ray in order for them to know what areas needed the deep cleaning. After requesting a quote, they were able to do the x-rays and the deep cleaning that same day. They were super nice, accommodating and informative and their top priority was not forcing me to get procedures but making me aware of dental hygiene, overall. I was pleased with the services performed and the knowledge gained and have made this my permanent dentist!

My overall experience was okay, definitely not a "wow". The receptionist did the normal job of registering me and making sure I was comfortable. The doctor was very short and to the point, basically this is your problem and this is what we need to do to fix it. The prices they gave me for my issue were a bit off to me, once I got home I looked them up through my insurance and they were a lot cheaper than what Lovett was trying to charge. I honestly will not go back to them but they're an okay dental experience.

Dentist and hygienist staff were friendly and professional. The front desk staff seemed a little overwhelmed and disorganized, which did not ease the burden of trying to wrangle my child and fill out paperwork. As soon as I arrived, they asked me to call my insurance company to help them get information on my benefits, which was unnecessary and seems like it should have been done earlier than the day of the appointment. They also did not call to confirm my appt. until 30 minutes prior. This also I believe should have been done at least a day in advance.

False advertisement. Lied about the pricing. Yet my teeth did not get cleaned. Because of pricing during visit. It went from $59 to $1309 before touching my teeth.

I asked my daughter if she preferred her last dental office or Lovetts', especially if being her first time. She absolutely loved being there. She like the fact that staff spoke to her and not down to her. As a parent the staff kept you informed every step of the way and explained in layman terms procedures that must be enacted and what took place.
