Appointment was at 11:30am and I showed up at 11:00am. Waiting room was full of people and they seemed to be overbooked for the day. I wasn't able to get the day off from work and waited around until almost 12:30pm. I was getting ready to try to reschedule when they called me back. I was there for another hour for a teeth cleaning and was informed I had a cavity. I agreed to have it done that day, but the dentist left without anyone knowing and had to reschedule for another day. This is extremely disappointing since my appointment six months prior to this was much more efficient and got me in and out in about an hour.

The dental hygienist and new dentist who treated my filling were amazing. They were gentle and caring will all my procedures. The only reason for my 4 star is due to scheduling conflicts.
