The dental hygienists are friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, this is the only positive experience I've had.
I made a 4:30 pm appt. I called to see if I could change it to earlier and they said I could get in at 3:00 pm. I was finally led back at 4:10 pm. Why not just say you can't get me in earlier?
Every time I go in, the doctor hurts me physically. I had a cavity last time. Instead of popping the brass cap off the tooth after filling it, he literally drilled it off. I left balling crying.
I had a re treatment done in Clear Lake a while back, under the recommendation of Lovett Dental. I t cost me $1,500. At my cleaning yesterday, the dentist was attempting to sell me a root canal. It shouldn't be brought up. It should have been discussed as part of the process last year when I underwent the sessions for the re treatment. I get the impression I'm being sold something every time I go in there.
