The front staff was so kind, the vet was so sweet. Dr. Woods definitely helped us out that night with Chewie. we already made an appointment so she can see our other guiney.

Yesterday I took my cat to LBAH regarding her diabetes. She saw Dr. Palazzolo and got excellent care. Everyone including the Dr, the receptionists, the techs and all were very knowledgable, kind and considerate.

Nurse was not friendly or warm in the least, and she made me uncomfortable. Also, I felt that when the veterinarian provided me with an itemized list, she was attempting to overcharge me without providing more practical options. For example, the flea buster is more than 15 dollars cheaper online than in the shop. I would appreciate a vet who is more transparent with me. I am not sure I will return to this animal hospital, I want a place that makes me feel welcome and supported.

I found out about Long Beach Animal Hospital in March 2018 after my oldest dog was showing signs of partial paralysis. They provide a service called VNA which helps to stimulate blood flow. This service has helped my elder boy because he is walking again. I recommend you at least call them to ask questions about your pets health/problems. They will provide a sustainable treatment plan.
