The office was updated a bit which is very nice. The vets are fabulous and the office staff very sweet and attentive. My only issue is the waiting time. HOWEVER, I have been going for years and it was on average a one hour visit regardless of why I visited (physical, ear infection, etc.). This year I was there "only" 45 minutes. An improvement overall.

The staff are always welcoming and so sweet to my pets. The animals are seen in a timely fashion, the facility is clean and the prices very reasonable! I suggest them to everyone I know looking for a vet.

I've been many times,but this time my cat was quite ill and the attention The whole staff gave us was wonderful. They all stopped and checked in as they would walk by and tried to do the needed procedures as quickly as possible as he was very stressed out. I've always liked the care my animals have gotten there, but when you have a sick animal, they really go beyond to make you and your animal feel better.

As always a positive experience. We just love Dr Kraut! Our Zooey girl was so sick for three days and within 24 hours he had her back to herself! He always takes lots of time with the animals and their families and gives the best care.

Always nothing less than completely professional, helpful, thorough and kind. That includes the entire staff. I trust them whole-heartedly, and would never consider going anywhere else for my dogs.
