The employees are very personable, always smiling and helpful. The best thing I always notice is they never give you the feeling of being in a hurry to get to the next patient. That their main objectivte is to answer your questions and make sure your babies get the best care available.

We love the lady vet and generally the techs seem fine. The office staff don't ever seem to know what's going on. I often have to explain things that they told me before...and come back more than once to pick up medicines they said were in when they weren't.

Great atmosphere for the pets. Doctor answered questions thoroughly and easy to understand. All the employees are great

We had a good experience. Staff was helpful and my dog didn't seem overly anxious or fearful. He lived the peanut butter!

I would never take my animals elsewhere. The people here truly care about the well-being of your pet. They are available in an emergency and they also are very understanding. I have tried other vet offices that would not make time to see animals promptly this is not true for Lincolnway.

Katie ( black lab mix) was treated like she extra special, as was I. Dr, Kulic was down on the floor with Katie as she checked Katie. Katie is 11. I was so impressed by the time taken by staff and Dr to complete Katie's exam. Thank you all, even loved the coffee.

The staff here is great. My dog has really bad vet anxiety and takes a lot of extra support from the staff to get the care he needs done. Everyone who has helped us is very kind and patient. I chose this clinic over one from South Bend and have been coming back ever since.
