The service was great. My appointment was for 10:15 am. I arrived five minutes early. By 10:25 am they were working on my car. The staff is very friendly and they really take the time necessary to do a good job. If something is wrong, or a piece needs to be change, they will take you to the car and show you the problem and discuss with you your options. They never try to force work on you. I have been going to Level Auto for the past 3 years and honestly I have never been disappointed.

Excellent service and very professional. Made an appointment for early morning as soon as they open and they took the car in right away. I glanced out into the work bay now and then and they were being very thorough with the safety inspection. I have more vehicles and will definitely visit Level Auto in the future for servicing.

They are profession yet down to earth. They were honest, kept to their time estimates, answered all questions clearly and were very personable. It's rare to see an independent business that performs much better on all fronts than the big businesses!

We have just retired our 2003 Jag to Florida but before driving to Florida Level Auto completed an oil change rear shock and lower control linkage replacement, and as usual the work was outstanding, the car will remain in Florida and is again a joy to drive thanks to level auto's professional work.

We hope to get many more years from our Jag in Florida

We purchased a new 2013 camry lxi and when we return to Toronto it will be due for its first oil change and level auto will be performing that and all future maintenance on the camry.

Awesome guys - honest and great service

I was referred to this place from Tony owner of Expert Engines, I walked in without an appointment as my alignment was off (hit a curb in the snow, my bad) - they took me in right away...

Fast service, super well organized shop, and great customer service at the counter. .. but most importantly my car now drives needle straight!!!

You can tell they are all a good group of guys who take pride in the work that they do!

This was my first time having my car serviced at Level Auto and I was happy that I went there. I think my service may rate 5 stars. The mechanics did a great job, the customer service rep was very friendly, and I was impressed that magazines and a television were available in a waiting area so I would not get bored while my car was worked on. The only reason I would give not give Level Auto a perfect mark is because some other local garages offer a slightly lower price for oil changes.
