Excellent customer service, knowledgeable staff, thorough diagnostic abilities and the prices are very reasonable. What more could you want in a garage? I will continue to bring my vehicles to them even though I live in Brampton. One of the best in the GTA and that's a short list. Thank you for all the great work and attention guys. I have already recommended them to my friends with out hesitation.

They were quick and honest with the work that needed to be done.

I had to wait longer this time to get my car, I wish I did not have to wait when I was told to pick my car up at 2 pm (dropped it at 10 am) and still wasn't ready.

My oil change censor was not reset, that is the second time. I will not have time to come back to reset it but it will be annoying to see my light come off every time I start my car.

Otherwise, good job.

I think the 4 wheel alignment job is very good. I am very satisfied with it. I can feel my car is better than before. But it is very regret that they find the strut problem after alignment. So I need to change the strut and do the alignment again! If I change the strut first then I can save another alignment cost.

As always excellent customer service above and beyond the necessary duty. I will always be a customer at Level Auto. I feel secure and comfortable when my "baby" goes in for a check-up or treatment.
