My visit to Level Auto was amazing. Prior, my vehicle's steering was really ambiguous and was loose and imprecise. After my alignment at Level Auto, my car feels fantastic. The steering feel is tight and my suspension has become quieter. My alignment was performed in a timely manner. The technician even took time to answer my questions with detail and patience. The shop was clean and offered its patrons various sources of entertainment while waiting for their vehicle (e.g. Television, beautiful fish tank and viewing window of the shop). Ten out of ten would visit again!

Last week I went to this repair shop based solely on the great reviews it got. It was exactly as described. The shop is small but clean and has everything you need, even a large Aquarium! I cringed at the thought of using a repair shop's washroom but I was actually shocked when I walked in. They didn't try to upsell me with all kinds of things wrong with my car and the price was really reasonable. I highly recommend this place!

Excellent as always. The only team I trust with my precious car. Level Auto. Thanks to Mark who dropped me home and picked me back up when my car was done. (I live close by) Really appreciated it. Car is working like a dream again. See you guys soon for my oil change
