As always, Dr. Arnold, Joe and the staff at Animal Hospital of Lancaster were extremely caring and competent. They always take the time to talk and answer any questions. They never make me feel rushed.

Everyone at Animal Hospital of Lancaster was friendly and helpful. I was able to get an appointment fast for a sick dog. Once they looked over my dog,a treatment plan was written up with all costs before anything was done. And when I had to choose to wait on some preventive care things because of cost, everyone seemed to understand and didn't make me feel bad. Also, they did an excellent job of calming my terrified Chihuahua, and we went home with the tools and knowledge to make him feel better.

Not quite as efficient as usual. Had to wait a little longer than usual. Otherwise fine.
Was told results of blood work would be communicated to me the day following the appointment and that hasn't happened but I am sure there is a good reason for that.

Due to my regular vet retiring, I went on a search for a new vet. For various reasons, I chose to have my dog seen by Dr. Arnold. My dog and I had a really good experience with Dr. Arnold. She is very sweet, caring and compassionate person. My dog didn't have an emergency situation, so I was shocked at the price I paid for her routine exam and vaccinations. Didn't think it was necessary to request an estimate upfront, but I was wrong. I ended up paying nearly double the price that I paid last year at my old vet. If anyone decides to have anything done at Animal Hospital of Lancaster or their satellite office in Danville, be prepared to fork out some money. Wonderful staff, but VERY EXPENSIVE.
