Tony did some work for me and he was great. Responsive, polite, good explanation of the work. My only drawback is it would be great if appointments could be made online. Having to leave voice mails to connect is a bit cumbersome.

Lakeside Electric helped me out with a large list of items to be corrected for the VT Fire Marshal. They were able to meet the tight deadlines even during the very busy summer season. I found them very easy to work with, Darlene provided excellent communication during the process and Mark and his guys got right after it on the jobsite.

$70 Service call AND $70 Labor seems a little high to me
for the job that was done.
Also, you provide a link to pay by credit card. Then you
inform us that there will be a service charge! I pay for services
using my credit card all the tim. You are the one of the very
few businesses to charge for using a credit card.

Dana from Lakeside was able to get out to our house to inspect the problem on the same day I called. He was then able to complete the work within a week -- I'm used to much longer waits when working with electricians, plumbers, etc. The work was completed with care and he explained why he was doing each thing while at the same time recommending items for maintenance and pointing out other items that may become an issue in the future. It doesn't hurt that the final bill came in a bit under their estimate. Lakeside Electric will be my first call the next time I need an electrician. Thanks!
