Even though the staff at La Cumbre Animal Hospital was in the middle of their staff meeting, they opened up the doors to let us in. My dog had ingested mysterious mushrooms and I was out of my depth as to what to do. Dr. Eva came right up to me in the middle of the meeting, got the particulars of our situation, and assigned two other staff members to help get us started. Blew me away.

To complicate matters: I was a walk in patient and there was NO history of us in their system. No matter! The whole process, including my puppy's treatment, from start to finish took less than 25 mins. During our stay, everyone we interacted with had a very "Buddhist/surfer/Doolittle" vibe about them; making it much easier to regain my calm and keep it in the midst of my perceived "life crisis".

I've never seen my dog more at ease with people or in a facility than when she was at La Cumbre Animal Hospital. They were SO attentive to her and her timidness. I'm still blown away by how amazing the staff interaction with me and my dog was.

I'm happy to report one day later my puppy is back to chewing on better things: like my shoes!!

So would I recommend them? I staked my dog's life on it. So, you bet-in our heartbeats! <3

Every time I go to La Cumbre Animal Hospital I am impressed by the professional and caring staff. I've come in to buy meds and food and a few people were in line ahead of me. Staff from inside the office came out and started helping people in line.

Their follow up is amazing. My kitty's ear was infected and they gave him meds. At the end of the time the prescription was to be given, I received a call to see how he was doing and if he needed to be seen again.

Most of all, I appreciate how Dr. Keusis and staff are so gentle and caring with my kitties. I lost one of my kitties recently and I know it was hard on the staff too. They even sent me a card.

I am very thankful for the care and attention that we've had at LCAH. I would highly recommend them.

You guys are really great! You're all so friendly and helpful in tricky situations (this time I had a friend picking up the meds for me due to a family emergency) - that's why I picked you when I moved here! Keep up the good work.

The staff goes the distance! Called by my first name, remembered Solo's name BEFORE calling up record. Lovely atmosphere.

LCAH staff is incredibly kind and thorough. I NEVER feel as if they are too rushed to give Juneau and I undivided attention. Yesterday, since our regular Dr., Eve Kuesis was off, we were seen by Dr. O'Donnell, who was equally as wonderful. I love the way they will get down on the floor to meet my nervous dog at eye level. The staff at the desk also go the extra mile.
