I was thoroughly impressed with staff and doctors at LCAH. I recently moved and got a new puppy. I had been at my vet for thirty years and thought I would stay with my vet and make the commute with my new pup. A friend recommended LCAH. I hesitantly made the appointment. I am so glad I did! Everyone at LCAH is helpful, professional and friendly. On the phone making that first appointment I was surprised at the friendliness and professionalism of the person on the line. Again when I showed up for the appointment, staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. Doctor Kuesis performed the puppy exam taking the time to be thorough and patiently explaining to me what she was doing and why. My puppy who is quite an active little thing, was putty in her hands and did not flinch or whine at the vaccination. Dr. Kuesis answered all my questions also providing additional information to help keep my puppy healthy and safe. I am so pleased with the entire experience. So glad to be a new client.

our visit was amazing. My dog was very comfortable compared to other vet visits even though this was her first time. We were able to be seen quickly. The vet was caring and easy to talk to about what treatment we will do. Also, they offered to cut her nails which are always a problem. I have taken my dog to other vets for nails trimming and the techs by FAR did a much better job than I have ever experienced before.

I came in because I was visiting from out of town and my dog hurt her foot. I got an appointment right away and the doctor was very helpful in diagnosing, determining next steps, and helping my dog feel significantly better. Thank you.

The sincerity, care, & professionalism performed at L.C.A.H. is more than words can describe. They helped me through a difficult loss of my beloved cat, Shadow last month. They reached out to me on several occasions letting me know that Shadow was being remembered & a donation was given in her name to The UC Davis Veterinarian School of Medicine. This act, alone made me realize that La Cumbre Animal Hospital truly cares for animals & their owners. When I am ready again for a best friend, either a dog or cat. I will be sure they are taken care of by L.C.A.H.
