Oil change and a car wash on one of the hottest days of the year. Brought the car in at noon, picked it up before 5. Excellent service! Marcus did a beautiful cleanup too.

I have always had good interactions with Mark and Bob - both are willing to take time to explain work done or issues with my vehicle(s). I have never walked in for periodic service thinking what will they make me spend on

I had the interior of my car detailed and, as usual, Marcus did a wonderful job, going above and beyond what I expected. The car looks and smells brand new, as shiny inside as the day I bought it (years ago).

I have been a customer of Bob’s for over 20 years. I leased a new Car shortly before I moved out of the area. Yesterday I drove 1 1/2 hours to have it serviced by KPS.To me that speaks volumes about the business Bob runs. At this time, I did not feel comfortable bringing it to another place near my home. When you have dealt with someone who is honest and stands behind their work it’s hard to make a transition.
I must add Mark is always helpful when you call for an appointment and makes accommodations whenever he can.
