I consider Mitchell's as a very upscale salon. However, the hair styles that I see completed are not very stylish and look underwhelming. I am not satisfied with the same look/style every time I leave. I have been going back and forth between Mitchell's and trying out new places.

It was a great experience! Kate always provides the best service. I really enjoyed the new Spa Pedicure. The results were really good.

Tami Norris is excellent. My biggest problem is the expense ... it is pricey but you do get what you pay for. You are greeted promptly, payment on the way out is efficient. Overall a great experience.
