My massage therapist had a pleasant personality but the massage she gave seemed perfunctory at times. She did a couple of the same areas over and over again as though she couldn't think of what else to do (even though I told her about major sore spots.) When she asked if the pressure was okay, I said she could increase it slightly but she said she couldn't because that would make it deep tissue. I have had many massages, and I know that slightly firmer pressure does not equate to "deep tissue."
The worst, however, was that I was shortchanged by 10 minutes. When you are paying by the minute, this amount is significant. My appointment was at 3:15. I arrived at 3:00 and waited in the lounge. Chloe came in around 3:25 and apologized for being late. When she finished my massage, the time was 4:45

Tanner is by far the best nail technician I have ever had. She is always on time, very professional and interested in doing an excellent job every time! And she does!! I've been going to Tanner for several years and have never been disappointed with the results and experience. I highly recommend her!!!

Nice personality stylist, but I don't feel she listened to what I wanted. I asked for blonde Hilites with no gold or yellow and they came out brown (she only used a 20 volume on very resistant hair which I told her and receptionist on booking). Secondly, I asked for hilites all the way down the back of my hair and she only did them part way. Thirdly, she put toner on my hair that I didn't ask for because she said the way her clients had been booked I needed to wait in an uncomfortable chair at the sink-then I had to pay extra for this! Fourth, she said I could come back and get my highlights redone, but even though I told her before she cut it was too dark, she proceeded to cut and there wasn't enough left at the back to be able to come back to highlight. Lastly, I did not get the 20% off for being referred by my daughter in law. I have come for massages before all recommended by My daughter in law and I had a fantastic experience but I definitely won't be back for hair. Also, why don't you do more packages? I asked for hair and massage as a package and you didn't do that...you missed out on the revenue for the massage.
