Greg always does a great job with my cut and color! My Color is challenging cause it's grey, was brown, tends to take on a red hue that I don't like- Greg has managed to get it a nice deep neutral Brown with no red!!! No east feat, He's patient, and thoughtful. He also seems to be the only one to style it, the way I like. I've tried a couple others in the salon just for blow out style, they were nice, but couldn't create the same look.

I've been going to Mitchell's for all my personal care needs for several years: hair styling, massages, facials and nail care. I highly recommend all their services to anyone who is looking for expert knowledge, skills, and personally designed care.

The receptionists get an F both when I came in and left the salon . Please hire people appropriate for a spa experience and who know how to act accordingly . Very disappointing !!! I go to other spas and receive appropriate treatment . This is unacceptable . Please advise !!!

I felt that this location was not very clean, so I questioned whether the tools, chairs, etc were clean. I felt that the staff could have been more professionally dressed. I paid a premium price for an experience that was substandard. I was very disappointed with the Kenwood Mitchell's. Sorry, but this is truly how I felt about it.

My mom had talked to Melissa and asked how much a full highlight and cut would cost so that she could put the appropriate amount on a gift card to me. She put $250 on the gift card which should have included tip also. In my opinion, that is an absolutely ridiculous price. On top of that, the appointment ended up costing me an additional $50. While that was just absurd in itself, I was rushed out the door for another client and did not even have my hair styled. I so wish I could get that $250 back for my mom because it was absolutely not worth the experience. Very disappointing.

Oh my goodness, from the time I entered the salon the front desk and spa receptionist were so upbeat, pleasant and polite.
My Masseuse LI Shang is totally awesome. My massage of preference is deep tissue and Li Shang delivered. She has firm, strong hands and her technique is the bomb. My body feels so rejuvenated, no more tense or tight muscles. I generally come once a month but I believe I will being see her twice a month.
I am treating my sons to a massage.

My massage therapist did a great job, She was pleasant and gave a great massage. I was disappointed that the relaxation room was cluttered with dirty cups and glasses at every chaise lounge. The room is lovely but needed tidied.
The massage room itself was cold and the heated table was broken. Even the lotion was cold. I had gotten a massage at the same location several months ago and the room was very cold then as well. Very disappointing. Maybe add a heater in the room, fix the table heater and offer heated blankets?
