As I'm leaving dealer my rear hatch light is on, on my dashboard. I have to pull over and when I try my hatch is unable to open. - though the hatch light is still on.. I shut the car off and wait for a second. I turn the car back on and I am now able to open the hatch and close it and the light is now off and I head home. Why was my car on the street with its hatch door open when I picked it up with valuables in the trunk? Shows sloppy unmindful work.

These guys saved my car
I was told by a dealership that I would have to pay thousands of dollars for repairs that essentially outweighed the cost of my car, and they encouraged me to trade it in for a better one off the used lot. So I took it to Karmekanix for a second opinion and they discovered that the dealership had been fabricating information as the issues outlined in their packet were NOT PRESENT AT ALL. That plus the fixing of some previously shoddy work by the same dealership and these guys have won me over. Thank you Karmekanix!!!!!!
