Dr. Williams and the team are always very friendly, and professional. It is so rare to have both of those be true, but the staff are always ready with encouraging attitudes, good conversation (even when your mouth is stuck open :-), and professional advice. They keep their patients in the loop every step of the way while your there. They also often call to follow up, and are very flexible with scheduling. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
