I thought the overall experience was great. I had a nail in the tire which they were able to conveniently get fixed in a timely fashion which I was grateful for! Waiting area was very nice as well.
Only negative is cost to plug a tire was $30.00 when expectation of any surrounding area repair shop is or around $20.00. $5.00 at Tire World on Rt38/ 495 interchange but one would have to book a appointment which if I had time would had done. Not sure how other repair costs compare to other repair shops or if I was paying for a premium because I was squeezed in? I guess I wont know

We have entrusted our cars to Jim Boudreau's Automotive Service for years. This latest service was again professional and completed in a timely manner. It's good to have the car's problem resolved again! (My only issue is with the Yankee Candles in the waiting room as I get headaches from such things.)

I needed air in my tires. Everyone was wonderful. They noticed my inspection sticker expired 2 months ago! They did a great job inspecting and I was on my way! Premises are exceptionally clean. Highly recommend.
