Yesterday afternoon I called the Ina Road Animal Hospital and after telling them what was going on with my dog they advised me to come in immediately. I came in and the Vet Tech Maggie and Dr.Reed were incredible. Once the best treatment was decided upon they began treatment and monitoring. I was able to take my dog home with me a few hours later. Maggie took the time to explain to me exactly what was happening and emotionally comforted me in this scary time. I will share my great experience with friends and family. Thank you so much to Dr. Reed and Maggie.

As in my other visits to Ina Road Animal Hospital, the experience was wonderful. True caring about the animals (and people) is shown by all staff members, from the front desk personnel to the vet tech(s) to the veterinarians.

Ina Road has been caring for the feline members of our family for 17 years, since we moved to the area. The four cats, a couple with chronic, serious health issues, have always received excellent care. Each member of the team there is highly skilled and knowledgeable and treats the cats and us (AKA humans) with the utmost concern and respect. We began going to Ina Road when a late night emergency occurred and have continued over the years for routine and not-so-routine care. The veterinary and support staff has changed over the years, but the care remains excellent,and there is more of an outreach program now to inform clients about veterinary information and services.

Bella-our beloved bichon- just absolutely LOVES Dr. Reed and staff here. We have been friends of IRAH for over a decade and truthfully have nothing to fuss about. From vaccinations and nail clippings to major surgery, we TRUST Dr. Reed and her staff without hesitation! Totally let everyone know about them as well!! They are much appreciated.
