This was my first time getting a facial. Toby was my esthician. She was so professional, informative and very pleasant. I loved my facial with her!!! I will definitely be back to see Toby and I highly recommend her!!!

My first experience was the best!! My hair and highlights turned out wonderful...couldn't of been happier!!
When I went back for touch up, you can BARELY see the highlights and the call center misquoted the price by a sufficient amount.
Not thrilled at all with my return visit at all...will NOT be returning due to things listed above.

Hair was supposed to be highlighted and cannot see highlights. For the money spent, this is just ridiculous.
My first experience was great and highlights looked good but when back for touch-up, it was a bad experience.
Also, in addition, was quoted wrong price by call center.

I had recently stopped going to Mitchell's due to poor service. The first time I book again and receive a confirmation of my appointment, they are closed without any notification. Very disappointing. Seems nothing has changed.
