I would recommend them to anyone. They are so considerate and get right to work when they arrive. There is no doubt in my mind that they are the best company I have ever used. It's nice to find someone you can recommend to a friend and feel like they would feel the same way I do.

These guys are consistently excellent. They serviced my old HVAC system for 2 years and then I had them install a new Rheem system in April 2015. I got 4 estimates and they were 2nd lowest cost. They did a very professional installation and we have been more comfortable - with lower bills. There was a leak in a valve that fed the humidifier 10 months later that they fixed for no charge. Additionally, they replaced a connection on the hot water heater pipe for no charge. They really stand behind their work.

I will call Honest Abe to do more work for me. A very professional team of techs Abe and Nate replaced my basement toilet faucet after an earlier visit to determine the work and estimate the cost. I was tired of changing the two handles on the very old and ever-leaking faucet. We had discussed my options and I settled on an affordable plan of new single-lever faucet; installing shut-off valves for any future issues; and a new trap. I was concerned that work on the old fixture in a confined space could create additional problems but Abe and Nate operated like a surgical team and were finished in about an hour. The work was done neatly with minimal disruption to water service. The techs look young but are professional in appearance and interaction, Unlike some other repairmen who I let into my home these did not ask to borrow my tools; ask what I do for a living; and did not use profanities while talking to me. I was satisfied with estimates I requested for some other plumbing work and hope to call Honest Abe again when funds are available.

Abe and his partner arrived on time. Both had a very pleasant demeanor, were courteous and respectful of my home. The toilet installation ended up being more complicated after having discovered some issues with the existing toilet. However,they were still able to get the job done and at a very reasonable price. Long story short, I am extremely pleased with the work they have done. They are competent professionals who obviously take pride in their job. One thing I really appreciate about Abe is the way he kept me engaged during the installation process - whether it was an issue or just to educate me about something. Customer service really means a lot to me, and Abe and his partner both are an A+. I will go to no one else for my plumbing needs, especially if I can always get these two guys. Great job!...and great professionals.
