Buttercup has been on Sentinel for a while and works well so when I received an email that I needed to reorder Sentinel
On 3/29 I called to reorder. they said that they would fill the order and call me when it was ready. After waiting sometime and not getting a call back I called again. They said they would pull it and I could pick it up. We called when we go to the parking lot and I explained again what I wanted and that I had called a few minutes ago and they said I could pick it up. They took my credit card number for payment. Then we waited till a tech brought it out. But I had to tell her that was not what I was getting she brought out heartgard I needed Sentinel her remark was i donit know i was just told to bring it out.! She took it back in. I got a call from one of your tech saying that they didn't carry Sentinel anymore that Healthy Paws was going with another product and explained the differences. She said it coast more then Sentinel I asked her what the coast was which is $180.00 for six months. I currently pay about $79.00 for Sentinel 6 months I told her I did not want it I wanted a refund for the HeartGard that you charged me for .and she said sure it will take 5 to 7 business day for the charge to come off. She did tell me I could go to 1800 petmeds and order Sentinel that 1800 petmeds would call Healthy Paws for authorization.
So I am very dissatisfied with Healthy Paws for (1) sending out an email that I needed to reorder Sentinel when you don't even carry it anymore. (2) when I called to reorder Sentinel no one said anything about you not carrying it anymore. (3) charging me for the wrong product then sent the wrong product out Still not saying anything about not carrying Sentinel anymore. (4) taking 5 to 7 days to reverse the charges on my credit card after charging me for something i didn't order.
I like DR Cole a lot but it' time to find a new vet.

Just not very personable. The techs are amazing. The vet, she may have had a bad day but it was all about more meds. Not what I’m used to at all.
