The staff was very kind and sensitive today when we had our cat euthanized after kidney failure.

It took a long time to see the doctor. Waited half hour. They took good care of our pet. Explained everything to us. I was disappointed that when we were told to take our cat to the ER, we were told they would send over his labs and xrays. The ER nor I have yet to receive the documents after multiple phone calls and an email.

I was somewhat disappointed on how much the services ended up costing me.. I ask how much it was going to be for everything for the check up for both dogs. The lady told me 216.00 for both. I was very surprised when I went to pay and it was double. She should have specified it was for each one, then I could have cut some things out and made it affordable. Also I wasn’t even asked if I wanted three years rabies but automatically given them. The vet was good but I think everything was overpriced.
