I was uncomfortable with the protocols at my last visit. Chairs were spaced well--but there were more people than chairs. And hardly anyone was wearing a mask, including the staff. It was probably the most unsafe place I have been during the pandemic.

I am so thankful that Dr. Ryan suggesed that I do a full set of treatment before my upcoming surgery.
It meant that doday was a full hour massage, therapy and adjustment. This has been a stressful two weeks for me personally. I came into the office feeling very down and frustrated with life and my own personal health. Thanks, once again, to the beautifully mindful staff I walked out completely renewed. They all took the time to listen to my worried and find what that meant for my body. They were able to perfectly align me physically and mentally. I sometimes forget how much my back being out of alignment affects my mental state. Today was a great reminder of that. Thanks you guys for being so attentive and working your magic like only you can do.

I think the adjustments can be consolidated from 10 minutes to 30 minutes or longer. The wait times between appointment is increasing. At first, it was great. The last appointment was just too long.
