I became aware of Dr. Zainalabiden (Dr. Z) when I had an appointment with another doctor at the same office. While waiting, I spotted a pair of frames that I found appealing. They were unique, striking and suited my facial structure. I made an appointment with Dr. Z. Appointment day: With my Rx in hand, I selected the frames and Dr. Z went through the calculation and options available. I chose transition & progressive. At the end of order, I found that the price for ONE pair of glasses was prohibitive. But, the frames were the big attraction for me and so I purchased only the frames. The plan is to have the lenses done by another retailer. Dr. Z was very pleasant throughout this entire process, even when it was apparent that I would be walking away with the frame only. She was good-natured, understanding and accommodating. The staff at this office are also very nice and personable. I feel very comfortable at Head-To-Toe.

The staff and Dr. Z take their time with you. They listen. They are very thorough . The office has a friendly vibe but you know they are professional.

Staff is wonderful and attentive to clients, very professional. Dr. Z very thorough, her patience, and time she dedicates to her patients is admirable. She does need t make you feel rushed.

Dr Z was hands down my favorite ophthalmologist I’ve ever met. She was so kind, friendly and thorough during my first visit. After never really having an eye doctor and getting rushed through places like Costco, it’s nice to know I’ve found Dr. Z. Would definitely recommend if looking for a good eye doctor!
