Everything went really smooth they will work with your budget and get you the carpet you need. Kevin and Ryan were the best in customer service and any questions you have

Installed engineered hardwood for us and they did a terrific job. Everyone from the salesperson to the installer are friendly and respectful. Their installation price was much better than Home Depot, especially on the floor prep. Had a little problem with communication in regards to scheduling, but I would definitely recommend Hailo Flooring to anyone.

Hailo Flooring offered a family environment, while simultaneously answering all of our questions & responding to all of our needs. Great experience.

We love our new carpet. We worked with Ryan who was extremely helpful in picking out the right carpet for us. The installation was quick and the guys did a great job. Thank you!

We loved the floor and the work crew. However promises made by Kyle and staff not working full days and being switched out during installation. Left us felling our job was not that important. It was a 2500 Sq ft hardwood thru out house minus bathrooms. Was not cheap. Deadline was missed

Hailo Flooring, Inc. replied:

Scott & Jerry,

We are happy to hear that you love your new floors and were satisfied with our installation crew.

However, we are sorry that you felt like there was a lack of communication between you and the project manager on this job. When we schedule jobs we always try our very best to stay on schedule throughout the duration of the project. Unfortunately sometimes things change and issues may arise that need to be addressed and as a result can sometimes delay the promised time frame. We wanted to keep your job going so we made sure that we had installers on site that specialized in your specific needs. That was the reason behind the switching of crews. There was another job going on at the same time that needed attention as well and we wanted to make sure that we were able to accommodate all of our customers as best we could. We have several jobs going on each day and some more then others require extra work. We did not want your job to stop and wanted to make sure you were kept a priority as well.

As for the job not being finished in the promised time frame, we gave you a week time frame and we started your project on a Monday and finished on Sunday. Crews were out the following Tuesday to finish up some minor clean up details. We were able to stay pretty close to what was promised.

Please accept our apologies for you feeling like your job was not a priority, each job is very important to us and we always strive to make the customer as happy as we can.

If there is anything else that we can do for you please do not hesitate to contact us directly.

Sincerely,

Kevin and Tammie Enriquez
