Dr. Panosian is the best optometrist! We just love his personal attention to detail and he is always so friendly! My kids love having their eyes checked and are convinced he is Bill Nye the Science Guy!!

My last visit was on 08/25/19.After Doctor Recasens visited me. She changed one of my eye drops. When I got home I noticed that I don't have the Drop ordered by her, I called and was told Dr. is already gone however, her order is on the computer and that it will be ordered through my pharmacy right away however, I was told I shall get a call next morning as to how often I need to use them. (I do thank you guys being ready to help even though I still haven't received the call I was promised).
Today, I received a notice that I owe $7.00 and that it is being send to collection ......Waoooooo !!! After so many years you are sending an old client to collection for $7.00 ? You guys must be going bankrupt !!
1. I already informed the person who called several days ago to send it back through my insurance.. There must
be a mistake.
2. With all due respect, if I get a collection letter, I will sue you all the way. You poor leaches.
