Have been using glasses galore for years for my family and myself. I wanted to get contacts. I was charged $40 for the contact exam on top of the insurance payment they received and $25 for them to teach me how to put them in. I was there for about 30 minutes and was not able to get them in my eyes. I had asked them if they would be willing to refund me some of the money, since they were unable to teach me how to put them in. They said they could not. This is the last time I will use glasses galore.

We are so sorry that the contacts did not work out this time. The doctor did spend time trying to help you get the contacts in and services were rendered. We charged you for what you received, a contact exam, fitting and a teach. Your insurance paid for the exam, your fitting and teaching are not covered by insurance.

Was charged for a contact fitting and a teach. $40 for one and $25 for the teach. Was not able to get the contacts in my eyes, was there for maybe a half hour trying. Would not refund any money back. Been going there for years and this is the last time our family will ever use glasses galore.

I had a great experience and I think the service is great. There is a very nice selection of frames. The staff is friendly, helpful, and patient. I will go back in the future.

The associate at the store took the time to help me find the right frames that fit my face. It was a relief because I wasn't sure where to start! Everyone there was helpful and pleasant.
