Awesome experience. EVERYONE is very friendly, professional and attentive to not only my needs but other customers as well.

Staff in the store was very friendly but my family will likely not be back because of the Doctor. He was totally impersonal and rude.

Attendant told me how much my insurance would payon frames, and immediately started showing frames more expensive than that, when it was obvious I was trying to stay within that amount.

Great experience in the beginning, but in the end I felt taken advantage of and very disrespected. This is because after ringing me up I did not get a detailed receipt. After asking for one and asking for an explanation, I found out that they did not use my insurance and billed me more than what should have been billed even without insurance. In addition, the associate that was helping me kept trying to up sell me to something that I did not need. I made it clear I did not want it, but she kept asking me and it became very annoying.

Worked with Courtney, who was extremely pleasant and helpful in every way. The Doc who did the exam was very nice and very professional. When I picked up my glasses the person who helped me (sorry I can't remember her name) was the same way. They really made the whole experience easy and fun. So many stores are horrible at customer service these days, but not this store, and it was greatly appreciated.
