This would be my first experience with Glasses Galore and when my husband and I walked in we met Kathy who was so knowledgeable about Insurance information and coverage that was really the first thing that impressed me, she was so friendly and informative, and we decided this is a great place to try to purchase glasses. We both saw the Dr. He was also so friendly and knowledgabe! Loved that experience. We were told about a week for my husbands glasses and a week and a half 2 weeks for mine ,trifocals, they were right on the time! We picked up our glasses and are very very happy we just happened to have walked past Glasses Galore that first day! Must say all the staff were professional, knowledgeable, and super friendly with advice and it was an wonderful experience! We will definitely recommend you and will surely be back!

Callie was wonderful! She was kind ,patient and so so helpful! I got great glasses that I love.She was working even though she was extremely sick.She was respectful and I was made to feel comfortable from the start.I will be back for glasses again. Marla Greenberg

I absolutely loved my experience at your store and truly appreciated Callie's patience and expert assistance. She was more than helpful. Also another associate helped with the fitting of my new glasses and she was kind and even provided me with a bandaid when I had a scratch on my arm that didn't see until I sat at her desk. Very pleasant and efficient !

The lady who takes care of me is very strange to be honest with you. She keeps on being so distracted, looking around to make sure she misses nothing going on in the store, watching the door, almost never concentrates on me or what my needs are! But it really drives me crazy. To top it all off, the $200 pair of glasses I bought from you last year fall apart constantly and the lens are awful! I use drug store glasses instead fir reading. I had the lenses changed once but this same lady treated me like I was a little crazy to even suggest there was a problem with the lenses at the time so I didn't go back. But I love Dr. George so I go back for the eye exams and her fill in is a great doctor too.

I had been going to the same place to get my glasses for years until this time. I looked up glasses places on the internet and saw Glasses Galore and decided to give them a try. Jessica took real good care of me . I have a heavy prescription so my glasses are not easy to do. Jessica made sure they were done right and that I was happy with them. I will definitely be doing business with them again.
