As a woman alone who has had to deal with being taken for a ride financially by mechanics, at first my attitude was not good. After Mike explained everything to me, I changed my attitude and felt better about things. Mike also handled things a little differently when he saw where I was coming from. He is very good with people. I also enjoyed Justin who is very interesting to talk to and he also did his best in handling me. I can be difficult at times and felt very good about things by the time I left there. Thank You!

Had to wait an hour and a half for my safety/emissions inspection. Only to find out their machine wasn't working and they couldn't check my emissions. An hour and a half just to do a safety inspection? Seriously?!
The very unprofessional front desk worker took a personal phone call at the front desk while I was in the room waiting for my car.
And to top it all off they broke a clamp on my car and instead of informing me of the error, just half ass threw the part under my hood.
Just wow.

I was very impressed with the service at Giannini's Auto Service. The Staff were very friendly and professiona. I would recommend their services to anyone that wants to get the most life out of their vehicle. Thank you Giannini's for your GREAT work!

Got the usual royal treatment. I think of them as family and, as family does, they care as much for my car as I do! During a routine oil change, they found and fixed a very serious about-to-be problem, once again helping me to keep my beloved 1993 car up to speed. Thanks to Gianini's, I plan to keep this car forever.

These guys are the only techs that seem to really care about you as a customer. They bend over backwards in order to provide you with the best value for your money. I won't take my car anywhere else now! Their tracking systems and maintenance schedules are fantastic, and they help teach you about how automobiles work and what it takes to perserve their life and avoid further problems.
I would recommend this shop to everyone! Given the fact that my car is an older model, I'm glad I found them instead of being forced into buying a new one.

Giannini's was unlike any auto shop I have been to in that the staff genuinely cares about the maintenance of their customer's vehicles, rather than doing just enough to get the car out of the parking lot and money in their pocket. Anyone looking for a trustworthy, quality auto shop should take their car here.
