I have this fantasy about haircuts. In it, I will go into a salon with a picture of exactly what I want - picked with more years experience than I care to own about my hair's color, thickness and my face shape. I will tell the stylist "This is what I'm paying for, and I won't pay for any hair cut that is not what this picture shows" When they say that it's really short, I'll congratulate them on noticing that and hope we're off to a good start. When the stylist tries to give me wispy, side-swept bangs that fall well blow my eye, I'll point out that the picture has thick bangs that fall above the eyebrow. When the happy layers in the picture are ignored, I'll point them out. When the length in the picture is at the jawline, and they try to finish with my hair brushing my shoulders I'll tell them frankly that I'm not paying for that. See, I'm tired of feeling guilty about going through process of getting a haircut--the shampoo, the chitchat, the work--and then feeling too bad to say "NO! This is the opposite of what I asked for! I have photographic proof! Do it right!" But I'm angry about paying for something that I didn't ask for or didn't want. So instead of my fantasy I'll vent my anger into a review, and try another salon next time.

The ladies are always helpful and attentive when I check in. Megan does my nails now, did my hair and makeup for my wedding, and I am excited when she does my hair again. Love the 5 star treatment whenever I go.

My regular hair stylist was not available for some time. I took a chance and made an appointment with someone else. As it turned out, Alli did and excellent job, she made me feel very comfortable and the overall experience was top notch!

Jen was so friendly and the massage was heavenly! Best massage I’ve ever had! I also loved that the massage bed was heated it made it more relaxing and added a lot to the experience! She is the reason I always keep coming back!
