This is a business that caters to the customer. It offers free loaners and has a staff that takes the time to explain your options to you. Plus they go above and beyond for their customers. We broke down while traveling out of state on vacation. We were towed to a repair shop that gave us quote that we thought was very inflated and "inventive" with what was supposedly wrong. Just to check before we authorized the repair, we called Garry's and Cheryl offered to call about the quote. She determined they were taking advantage of us so even with having to have the car re-towed to NH to Garry's, we saved over $1,200 on the repair.
I called the shop first thing in the morning as my wifes door was frozen and would not close properly.They took it right in and got me right out.They are always pleasant and caring and have a family atmosphere even though they are a large busy shop.

Very pleasant and comfortable waiting room. With no TV - a huge plus for me!! Free wifi service for those who can't live without a screen, and quiet, for me to do some reading. The people are friendly, curious and helpful. And the option to borrow a vehicle or get a ride someplace is very helpful. But then, who would want to leave such a pleasant waiting room?!
