From the moment I call to make an appointment, to the completion of my haircut, the staff at FSB are totally professional. Cameron is the very best !!!!!!! I was introduced to Lianne at Fresh Bloom by a friend at our church. I have been very pleased with every aspect of my salon experience. First of all, Lianne is a beautiful person, her personality is awesome. She has given me one of the best hair cuts ever. The kind where you really don't have to do much with it after a shampoo and dry. I like that! Her knowledge of color and application is suberb. I would definitely recommend Lianne and this salon.

I had a wonderful experience. The salon was very clean. It was decorated in an classy and simple way with the sun lighting the room with large windows- that must be in retrospect, tempered and filtered as the sunshine was bright , but not glaring ~and the room was just the right temperature.
My salonist was professional and friendly~yet never distracted from her work ~as well as very interesting to talk to. Everyone who was working there was very friendly and smiling like they really like where they are.
My stylist knew hair. She was very good at asking questions and watching my reactions for any micro emotions that might reveal hesitation. She straightened and then bounced up my hair to see how the hair would respond once dry~ surprisingly few stylists really understand that curly hair shrinks (:
I think this salon has a nice blend of the "fancy" salons and the friendly salons where we can just be ourselves.
I must applaud the aromatherapy warm towel and light massage at the end of the shampoo~wonderful touch.
And I came home with a haircut I like (:

My daughter was visiting from Michigan & I took her to Fresh Bloom's w/Lianne. She was thrilled with her hair! Now she says everytime she comes down, she wants a hair appt.
