As always, another great experience with John and his crew. Took my wife's car in for inspection and performance work. Mind you, this car is now 12 years old. John has taken care of it since we bought it new. After this last appointment, it runs and performs like new. Simply put, Francis Auto actually cares that you're satisfied and will go above and beyond to see that it's the case. I could not recommend them more highly.
