We have used FitTech & Assembly for repairing machines for our customers and they have always been reliable in getting the job done. Whenever I have a service call in the area they are the first technician's I contact. Thanks for all the help!

Sales person was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and accommodating. Service tech was knowledgeable and thorough. Looked for repairs that didn't involve replacement parts and a return trip. Went above and beyond the call of duty -- did a complete PM even though he was allergic to our cats. Yes it cost me some Kleenex, but my elliptical has never worked better.

Charged $100 just to look at the elliptical, told me to order $200 worth of parts and then wanted to charge another $100 to put in back together. Worst company ever. Rip off culprits. Don't ever use them.

MIke was awesome. He did a great job of fixing my bike and putting it back together. I will definitely call again when I need work done on my exercise equipment.

Sonny, the repairman, was great! Basically, I opted for a full rehab of my Star Trac 4500, belts, roller, and a repair of the circuit board which burned up. Two appointments were needed, an evaluation, then the parts were ordered, then an installation appointment. Entire process took about a week or so. They gave me an estimate on the phone, by e-mail, and I paid online. Absolutely first class all the way! I am very grateful for a job well done!
