First Class HALT always does quality work, however I was not happy that you would not use the engine and cabin air filters that I provided. These were filters that Greg Oliver told me you would install the next time I was in for service. This cost me $60 for parts that I did not need to spend.

As always, the great people at HALT provided FIRST CLASS service. They had the work finished long before anticipated and at a very fair price. They advised me of the brake and transmission work that will be required a few months later and fully explained the service expected then. My Avalon is in SUPERB condition, thanks in great part to their remarkable care for my car, and for me. It is almost bizarre that I actually look forward to their inspection and recomendations when I visit.
