Very good communication. Thomas called me and sent me an email with a quote on what was needed to fix my car. He told me how long it would take and called me again to let me know my car was ready. Everything I requested was finished on time and all of my questions were answered. Best part was that I didn't have to call and hunt someone down to see if my car was ready, like at the dealership.
