The First Choice technicians did a great job! There were several stains in the carpet, some rust from furniture, some unknown, and they did a wonderful job removing them. Would definitely recommend them.

Lee is an exceptional professional working at First Choice. He arrived right on time, covered his shoes while touring the rooms to be cleaned. He is very personable as well as knowledgeable about his product and procedures. After he completed the walk through and explained the anticipated cleaning procedure, Lee returned to his vehicle for large protective mats and corner protectors he carefully installed to protect surfaces in our home. Additionally, he helped my husband move a few larger pieces of furniture and helped return them after cleaning with pre-made plastic leg protectors after cleaning.
As for our carpets, they look wonderful! In part this can be credited to your cleaning product and pretty powerful whole house delivery system, but I also greatly credit Lee’s meticulous attention to detail (catching all our nasty spots with pre-cleaning and post-checking) and his work to provide a most thorough cleaning from beginning to end. As Lee raked our carpets as his final step, he educated us about the nature of the fiber” and “pile” of our carpeting and said to call if we later see spots that may need additional cleaning.
When Lee gathered his equipment (and a few throw rugs to clean at the at the shop) our carpets were nearly dry and had been returned to their original off-white color! Amazing!
