Everyone was so nice.The girl at the front desk was very personable and knew her job well. Dr Blank was very kind and professional. The girl that did the testing of my eyes was efficient and friendly and finally the girl that helped me pick out my glasses was so patient and never rushed me. She really seemed like she wanted me to really like the glasses.

We’ve gone here many times before, but this time everything was chaotic and unorganized. I left disappointed and without really knowing what my next step is. I went for multi focal contacts like before and they were going to order multi focal glasses and contacts for distance. I didn’t want glasses, just contacts. Confusion led to more tests and then I paid over $100 and left without ordering contacts or knowing what I need to do next. I love the place. The drs and all the staff are great. They have a good selection of everything, so this may have just been an off day!

Once I finally got to see the optometrist the experience was great. However having to wait over a half hour past my appointment time left me with a bad taste of the management of the office. I was never informed of any delay in the start of my eye examination. I waited over a half hour and the total examination was less than the time I had to wait.
