Dr, that done my exam was very rude, and unprofessional. Made my visit very unpleasant, done my exam and just told me to pick up my prescription at the front, nothing more. Rushed me through the exam, like he needed to be somewhere else and I did not matter as a customer.. At the reception, I asked for my prescription, receptionist told me he did not have anything for me. Receptionist went to check with the doctor and he stated that I needed to get another exam, because it was inconclusive. and my eyes would have to be dilated.. This time I took My father with me, and of course this time the doctor was very nice and took his time with my exam, he went over my exam with me and my father. Gave me my prescription there in the room....

Great service, staff is very friendly, the only thing is that, we couldn't get my daughter's prescription in their office.
Other than that, excellent.

It was just fine (Dr. Cedar cracks me up every time!), the only issue was my 40 minute wait to talk to someone about ordering my contact lenses. I wasn't in a hurry (for a change), but if I had been I would've been annoyed. I do appreciate how easy you make it to bill VSP for the visit and contacts!

My husband, daughter and I had appointments 15 minutes apart. It took us 2 hours to complete our examinations and contact lens fittings/ordering. Part of the delay was my husband was tagged as a patient of Dr. Lovato and not Dr. Rodriguez so he was ignored in the exam room until I said something. My husband even asked an employee and they told rudely to just sit tight and someone would be with him.
We received our contact lenses fine through the mail but we asked for prescriptions for glasses and my husband's was wrong. Lencrafters noticed it so we had to call to get it fixed. We will be looking for a new eye doctor.

The receptionist could have been a little more discreet when answering my question about the glasses. She made me feel very small and it embarrassed the heck out of me. She broadcasted my info out so the whole world could hear which was rude.

I was awake but sedated during the procedure. I did not feel a thing. I had zero discomfort in the repaired eye. When the patch was removed the following day, my sight was almost perfect in the repaired eye. Now that I can see, I noticed how lovely all of the women in the office are.

Was very smooth and easy exam; didn't take long; everyone very friendly and helpful; great follow up with text messages of the appointment; liked that I didn't have to go from room to room. I've already recommended you office to others. Like the fact that Dr. Lovato is also Ophthalmologist as well for my husband, so he doesn't have to go to another office. Thanks!
