I am recovering from a long illness and don't seem to have many "words of my own" at this time, however I can say that to a person, the doctors, techs, and desk team are some of the most kind, supportive and helpful people I've encountered in the medical field. I can't say how much that means to a patient. Thank you one and all.

I thought I was just going to have a regular eye exam to replace my broken frames. I ended up with emergency laser surgery for a torn retina. The entire process was handled remarkably well including my trip to Medford to the ophthalmologist. Dr. Vidlak was exceptional in his attention to detail and action under pressure. Thanks to all the Eye Care Group for taking such good care of me!

Excellent service by both my doctor and the intern doctor and the staff. What dropped the score for me is I think I should have been told at some point in advance for the intern doctor doing most of the exam. I could have been told when I checked in for my appointment so it wouldn't have been a surprise. (I didn't know until the intern doctor walked into the exam room.)

very pleasant and helpful staff. I'm profoundly hearing impaired and that's often a problem. The staff was excellent about that and I appreciate it. They also were very understanding regarding fears about eye problems and the doctor got everything set up. It all went smoothly and timely. Thank you!

The overall experience from making an appointment to walking out of the clinic after my appointment is very professional and considerate of the patient. The staff are well-trained and courteous. Also, there is a beautiful selection of frames from which to select my new look! I highly recommend the Eye Care Group of Southern Oregon, PC.

I've had to have good quality eye care my entire life. I've been with Dr. Vidlak since he came on board with the Eye Care Group. It's been a good 20 years and I would go nowhere else. I have always received the best of care from checkups to emergencies. I trust the whole group with my eyesight!
