The doctor offered unsolicited information and responded clearly to questions. The technician customized my bifocals so that the reading lenses were situated better. The secretarial staff worked to give me the best price. And I was in and out in 45 minutes.

Everyone is always helpful and friendly. Appt was on time. Dr assistant was very helpful and very nice. Dr. was on time and did a thorough exam. Thank you for your service.

As a long time patient of Eye Care Group I have seen alot changes in staffing and product.

They do have the highest quality and most current selection of frames and lenses to offer and are always on top the latest technology.

Wait time to see the doctor (that's after being put into a room) seems a bit long. My last appt. I waited 20+ minutes before the doctor entered the room. It would be nice if others coud remember that "our time is just as valuable as yours".

Does anyone like their jobs anymore? Becasue that is not the impression I got when entering the office. They put on a pleasant face but the sincereity wasn't there. Seen many faces come and go and this time I did not recognize one staff member.

I realize there have been changes and transitions to the company and I do like the Eye Care Group but I also like to enjoy the places I go and to have a pleasant experience and feel welcome by all not just a few.

May the Eye Care Group continue to grow and improve in a positive direction and I look forward to hopefully many, many more years with you. :)

The office was very busy when I got there, people gathered at the reception desk waiting to be checked in, etc. several staff came forward to assist to get everyone attended to. Short wait, the tech that does the first steps was very friendly, wish I could remember her name, Completed her part of the exam, Dr V was very prompt, answered all my questions. Your staff are very professional and I always have a good experience when I have an appointment there, I have been a patient long before some of the staff there were born, I believe. Thank You
